In Japan, most motorcycles are sold through auctions.
The most popular are BDS and JBA.
Each week, these auctions sell about 3500 motorcycles and scooters.
The BDS auction takes place on Wednesday and Friday.
The JBA auction is held on Tuesday and Friday.
These auctions are quite different, they use different scoring systems.

In addition to the price of the motorcycle itself at the auction, there are other costs that will be taken into account in the final cost of the motorcycle.
You can calculate the approximate price of a motorcycle using the formula:
- The final price of the motorcycle at auction.
- The auction fee, delivery of the motorcycle in Japan, and container loading services are $400 - $530 (depending on the distance from the auction site to the warehouse);
- Delivery to Ukraine costs $300;
- Customs clearance - calculated from the estimated value of the motorcycle. To determine the amount, use the customs clearance calculator on our website;
- The cost of paperwork for a motorcycle is $200 (broker, certificate, purchase agreement, transit number);
- Our remuneration is 10% of the sum of all 5 points.
