1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND CONSENT

1.1. The personal data of individuals - users of the site is processed by ADAMOTO LLC, a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine, located at 8 B/Khmelnytskoho Str., Hnivan, (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The Company is the owner of the Adamoto Personal Data Base.

1.2. This Privacy Policy describes the procedure established by the Company for processing personal data collected through the adamoto.net website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and related services and tools that allow users to register on the Website and use the Adamoto service. In all these cases, the Company processes personal data of users exclusively within the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

1.3. By using the Site and/or other related services and tools of Adamoto, the User confirms that in order for the Company to carry out its business activities and offer the Company's services, the User has agreed to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data) by the Company, namely:

  • last name, first name, middle initial;
  • passport data;
  • contact phone numbers;
    email;
  • in some cases, data on the User's bank cards, indicating the first and last four digits on the front (front) side of the bank card (the User is obliged to cross out or hide intermediate digits of the bank card, as well as its validity period, using any technical means).

1.4. Personal data processed by the Company is considered confidential information.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PROCESSED BY THE COMPANY

2.1. Registration information: when the User creates an account on the Website, the Company may require the information listed in clause 1.3 of this Policy.

3. COOKIE

3.1. During the operation of the Website, the Company may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies.

3.2. With the help of cookies, the web server saves preferences and settings on the User's computer, mobile phone or other device(s), which is then automatically restored the next time the User visits the Site, which makes using the Site more convenient. The Company uses both persistent and session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on the User's computer for a longer period of time, and session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed.

5.1. The Company may use third parties as personal data processors to provide certain components of its services. In such cases, the managers are not authorized to use the personal data received through the Company's Website other than to provide the Company's services.

5.2. The Company may provide personal data of the Users at the request of the competent state authorities, executed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.

6. USER CONTROL

6.1. Access, correction and deletion: Users who have created an account on the Site may access, correct or delete the information they provide. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided or messages on the Site. The posted information can be changed in the user's personal account on the Website's webpage. The Company stops processing and deletes the User's personal data in case of receipt of a written notice from the User about the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.

6.2. Cookies: most major computer (desktop) and mobile web browsers (for example, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera) provide controls that allow the user to restrict or block the installation of cookies. Disabling cookies for domains of the first category (visited sites) and other domains (sites related to the visited sites) may in some cases lead to limited functionality of the Site.

7.1. All information provided by the User and collected by the Company is protected by technical means and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access or use of data.

7.2. Personal Data Controllers undertake to use the information received from the Company in accordance with the security requirements and this Privacy Policy.

8. USER RIGHTS

8.1. The User has the right to:

1) to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give a corresponding order to obtain this information to persons authorized by him/her, except in cases established by law;

2) receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred;

3) access to their personal data;

4) to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his/her personal data is processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

5) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

6) file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the court;

7) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

9.1 This privacy policy was updated on 04/01/2020. If necessary, the Company updates this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

The fact of continuing to use the Site is a confirmation of the User's consent and acceptance of the relevant version of the Privacy Policy.
